  I had a very disappointing experience at the Charlotte Tilbury counter in Selfridges Trafford Centre today while shopping with my daughter. It was extremely busy due to Black Friday event, and I was already tired and carrying multiple items while checking out. There was a misunderstanding regarding a large red makeup bag. Instead of resolving the issue, a staff member responded in a dismissive and confrontational manner, repeatedly placing the blame on me. As a paying customer, I found this treatment unacceptable, and the interaction completely ruined my shopping experience. When I asked for her name in order to raise a complaint, she refused to provide it. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this counter. I would appreciate this incident being reviewed by a manager. I am happy to provide the exact time of my visit if required.

  Would give this 0 stars if I could...m went all the way to Trafford centre to treat my mother for her birthday in Charlotte tilbury.... we live over an hour away so it's difficult to get down spent over £200 for makeup for my mother to get it home and they have put in all the wrong eyeshadow colours that she wanted...m I have tried numerous times to call up and been promised somone will call me back but 2 weeks later no one has..... called up again to be told well I'd have to right a letter and send it back with all my recipet to get a refund..... what a joke so they make mistakes and I have to go out of my way.... Will not be using this company again no help what so ever.

  I had a day out in Trafford Centre went to buy some charlotte Tilbury makeup. I was assisted with Olivia and asked if she could do me a makeover. Olivia kindly said of course and she made my experience the best.she was a very pleasant young lady. I feel Olivia is a great asset to your company.thank you Olivia for making my day extra special.
